PEN 15: The Big One

Every so often Regtransfers.co.uk acquires an exclusive registration that causes a real stir. We don’t like to brag, but at the moment we have a real biggie that is arousing interest, envy and controversy wherever it goes!

PEN 15 is a genuine, legal, officially issued UK vehicle registration. Its only significance, as an alphanumeric string of three letters and two digits, is as a vehicle identification mark, but from the reaction it gets you’d think there was something about it that really stuck out.

We are very happy to say that the overwhelming response has been one of amusement. Our marketing manager currently sports this fine plate on his Smart car, much to the entertainment of fellow road users. In fact, he admits, he is becoming quite accustomed to having people laugh at his PEN 15.
