Regtransfers Website

Website Revamp for Regtransfers.co.uk

The new Regtransfers.co.uk website went live this week.

We have given the site a substantial cosmetic overhaul, cleaning up the layout and generally making better use of page space. We think you'll now find our website less cluttered and easier to navigate. Of course, we would be grateful for your feedback, as always. If you have a few spare moments, please let us know what you think. We would particularly like to know about any errors or faults, or about anything you feel needs to be improved.

In addition to the stylistic changes, we have a lot of new content and features. Some of this new material is already online - the new Regtransfers.co.uk blog, for example - but far more is currently in production and will appear over the next few weeks. We hope you'll keep visiting our site to take advantage of all our hard work!

Regtransfers Magazine

New FREE Magazine Available Now!

The special 25th Anniversary issue of Regtransfers.co.uk: The World of Personal Number Plates is now available. We decided to push the boat out this time as it's a special occasion, so this issue features heaps of quality content, including two great celebrity interviews.

Vinnie Jones is one of the few celebrities who can boast fame through two completely different careers. Many readers will remember him as one of the UK's most controversial footballers. Movie fans, and younger readers will know him better as the Hollywood star of films such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch and, more recently, the third X-Men movie. Fewer will know Vinnie as a fan of personalised number plates, but he and his family have an enviable collection of fine registrations. He told us all about his number plates and his movies when we visited his home in Hertfordshire.

"Diddy" David Hamilton was one of BBC Radio 1's top DJs in the 1970s. His regular show and frequent TV appearances made his one of the most familiar faces in British show business. More recently, David has become known as an expert on popular music, and he has made radio documentaries on musical topics. In a long and successful career he has known some of the greatest names in popular music. David shared his stories about those pop superstars, and told us all about his fantastic personal number plate. We won't spoil that story here - you'll have to read the magazine to find out what his registration is. Suffice to say, we couldn't think of a better one.
