Top Bruiser Champions Number Plates

Amir Khan's spectacular defence of his WBA light-welterweight title, on Saturday 11 December, makes him now one of the hottest properties in the boxing world.

The champ is, justifiably, not averse to singing his own praises: "I've been hit by a guy who has 29 wins, 27 knockouts, and I've taken his best shots. That's why I'm such a seller at arenas and I'm such a great fighter," boasted the Bolton boy, following his points win over the Argentinian, Marcos Maidana.

Pride in his professional achievements is mirrored by his self-confessed love of personal number plates. The ultimate boxer's plate, BOX IIIG adorns Amir's BMW and he has V60 XER and A180 XER on his other cars.

“When you see a nice car you always have a look at the number plate, he reflects. "Having a nice plate on your car instead of a normal one, makes a big difference."
