Well it had taken me quite a while to pass my test as at the time as I was only earning a low wage. The day I passed, it was a fantastic feeling. I passed on the day of my 23rd birthday I'm now nearly 26. I had always dreamed of having a nice car with a personalised plate, but I was never sure what I wanted.

I was very fortunate that my nan helped me to buy my car, that I have now upgraded to a newer car - a Peugeot 206 in silver, with 17inch alloys. I was just browsing one day on the Regtransfers website when I came across 'S23 JVH'. I thought to myself how much is this going to be I wonder!! When I saw the price I was absolutely gob smacked - only £160! As I was laughing with delight my dad asked me what was wrong and when I told him he said that he would buy it me as an early birthday present.

I couldn't believe my luck as my initials are SJVH an my lucky number is 23 - I even have it tattoed on my neck. The day I put my plates on was like my dream of owning a nice car and private plates had finally come true, with all thanks to my nan and my dad.

I have anticipated a personal number plate for a number of years but was put off by the high prices. I eventually found your site and amazingly found a real winner.
