Just a brief - albeit belated - note to express my sincere delight in your processing the sale (my purchase) of the above mark.

Having always been adverse to disclosing my mobile / home telephone number(s), for "fear" of being inundated with un-solicitored sales calls - your discrete text advising service - has not only proved me wrong, but very quickly lead me to an acquisition that most people can only dream of!

Your text : "Just available - 1 CDP @ £ 14,995 - phone Lianne etc" was received 13:51 hrs on 23 February - prompting my instant call to Lianne asking "would they take an offer ?" - in the tense minutes thereafter, my mind thought "is the opportunity likely to arise again" - maybe 'never-in-my lifetime'! - I re-'phoned back and advised Lianne - "I'll take it at the asking price" giving a credit card deposit - that was timed at 14:40 hrs - thus offered AND accepted within the hour (49 minutes).

ALL relevant paperwork followed and I was kept informed at all stages of the transaction, you even included an interesting book on registrations, a credit to the Staff at Regtransfers.
