1. Introduction and Definitions.

1.1 The Regtransfers.co.uk website is owned and operated by Registration Transfers Ltd, hereafter referred to as "Regtransfers", "Regtransfers.co.uk" or "the Company". Registration Transfers Ltd is registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is at 139 High Street South, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 3SS. Our company registration number is 3933658 and our VAT number is 403 9563 55.

1.2 Use of the Regtransfers.co.uk website and/or all online and offline services of Regtransfers.co.uk (including telesales services and our Internet social networking pages and channels) are subject to these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as "the Terms"), and by using the site or services you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms then you may not use our website or services.

1.3 You may make a copy of these Terms for your reference. The Terms are a legal agreement between you and us and can only be modified with our consent. We may improve or revise these Terms at our discretion by changing them on this website. The version of these Terms that is current, and thus displayed at the time of your visit, will apply whenever you use this website or our services.

1.4 The term "donor" refers to the seller of a registration - i.e. the party who owns the entitlement to display the registration upon his/her vehicle, and who will transfer that right to the purchaser upon completion of a registration sale. The term "recipient" refers to the party to whom entitlement to display the registration upon his/her vehicle is transferred upon completion of a registration sale.

1.5 Depending upon context, the term "customer" may refer to a donor or recipient as defined in paragraph 1.4 above, or to any other purchaser of Regtransfers products or user of Regtransfers services.

1.6 These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us. Should a court decide that any part of these Terms is invalid and/or cannot be enforced, that particular element of these Terms will not apply, but the rest of these Terms will remain in force. Any waiver or exception made at Regtransfers' discretion shall be made without prejudice to these Terms. It shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or exception, nor shall it be deemed to set a precedent.

1.7 English law shall apply to these Terms. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Buying Registrations

2.1 We sell registration marks owned by clients, government stock and our own stock.

2.2 The purchaser of a registration mark must submit the correct documentation within four weeks of purchase if they require Regtransfers to transfer the registration mark onto their vehicle. If the vehicle documentation is not received within this period, or is incorrect in any way, Regtransfers reserves the right to place the registration mark on a retention document and supply in this format (where practicable) and recover any costs from the purchaser.

2.3 Any registration mark supplied on a certificate will need to be transferred to a vehicle by the expiry date of the certificate. This will be the responsibility of the purchaser. There are some registration numbers that Regtransfers will not be able to supply on certificates. In these circumstances, the purchaser will be required to supply documents to allow such numbers to be transferred onto a vehicle.

2.4 Some Certificates of Entitlement or Retention Documents can be extended by Regtransfers but these are limited to those where Regtransfers are the Purchaser on a Certificate of Entitlement or Grantee on a Retention Document. If the certificate is one that can be extended, there will be a fee of £50 + VAT payable to Registration Transfers Ltd to extend the certificate for 12 months, which will need to be paid before the certificate expires. This includes a £25 DVLA extension fee.

2.5 Many registration marks can be supplied on a Certificate of Entitlement within 3-5 working days, but other types of transfer can take 4-6 weeks and all transfers can take up to 12 weeks. Although we do often give you an idea of timescale for transfer to be completed at the point of sale this can vary due to unforeseen circumstances. It should be understood that where we are advertising a mark for a private seller, the mark is held by the seller until the transaction is complete, and not by Regtransfers.co.uk, thus slow action on the part of the seller may occasionally cause delay. If we are unable to complete a transfer within 12 weeks of receipt of cleared funds and correct documentation from the purchaser, a full refund of all monies paid will be made upon request.

2.6 Once a transfer has been authorised by the Department of Transport (DVLA Swansea), Regtransfers disavows, and is free from, all liabilities regarding the mark in question.

2.7 It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that the correct details are entered when purchasing a registration mark online and when speaking to a representative of Regtransfers. The standard NATO phonetic alphabet, or similar aid to clarity, should be used when referring to the characters in a registration mark, as many letters of the alphabet sound similar on the phone.

2.8 Some registration marks are subject to VAT. All registration marks sold are subject to Department of Transport fee.

2.9 When using a valid Regtransfers promotional code in conjunction with your purchase, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

i) Discounts available on selected numbers refer to stock numbers, not to DVLA numbers or numbers we are selling on behalf of private owners.

ii) Discounts are only valid until the published expiry or end date (where a date has been specified).

iii) Only one discount may be claimed per customer per transaction.

iv) Discounts must be claimed at the commencement of negotiation. Discounts may not be claimed in addition to, or subsequent to, any negotiated reductions to advertised prices.

v) We reserve the right to suspend, alter or cancel any advertised discount at any time, including prior to the advertised expiry or end date, without notice.

2.10 Any full or part payment taken on a registration mark is non-returnable (unless the transfer cannot proceed due to the default of the donor or failure of the transfer at Vehicle Registration Office level). If part payment is taken at the point of sale the balance will be due within 7 days unless alternative payment arrangements were made and confirmed by Regtransfers in writing. Failure to pay the balance within the time limits will result in the forfeit of any monies paid and the registration mark will be placed back on the market.

2.11 If a customer pays a part payment on a registration mark and subsequently wishes to pay the balance on a credit or charge card we are at liberty to surcharge the said customer. (NOTE – we only surcharge the percentage that the individual card company charges us).

2.12 All registration marks are sold subject to availability and although Regtransfers checks the availability of every registration mark before advertising and selling, we cannot accept responsibility should the registration become unavailable due to error, default or action on the part of a donor, or in the unlikely event of failure of the transfer at Vehicle Registration Office level. In these circumstances Regtransfers will try and find a suitable replacement registration mark or refund the purchaser in full. Regtransfers' liability will be limited to a full refund. In cases where failure is in some way due to the fault of the purchaser, no liability will be accepted and no claims for damages, interest on monies paid or any other expenses will be entertained.

2.13 Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 cease to apply upon accepting a contract to purchase the entitlement to display a registration mark. The provisions in the Distance Selling Regulations regarding cancellation and return do not apply to a personalised product such as a vehicle registration or a number plate. Such personalised products and services are exempt. Our service begins immediately and cannot be cancelled.

2.14 Prices may be subject to change without notice.

2.15 Although Regtransfers makes every effort to ensure that advertised prices are correct, we acknowledge that occasional errors could occur. If a customer purchases a registration mark that is subsequently found to be incorrectly priced, Regtransfers' liability will be limited to a full refund of any monies paid.

3. Price Match Policy

3.1 Regtransfers will endeavour to match or beat a price quoted by another independent dealer for an identical or similar registration mark. Price matching will only be considered before and at the time of transaction. Price matching will not be applied retrospectively once a transaction is complete.

3.2 While we will make all reasonable efforts to match or beat a competitor's price, there may be instances where we would be unable to do so without pecuniary loss. It is our policy not to match prices in such instances.

4. Deferred Payment Plan Agreement

4.1 The registration number specified in the agreement will remain the property of Regtransfers.co.uk until receipt of the final instalment in full and complete settlement of the transaction.

4.2 No amount in respect of interest charges is payable on the agreed price; the total price agreed in the agreement is the total price the customer will pay.

4.3 In the event of cancellation or any of the scheduled payments becoming overdue by a period of 14 days, Regtransfers.co.uk reserves the right to give the customer written notice of cancellation of the agreement, and will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of any monies paid, as well as retaining the initial non-refundable deposit. Where deduction of the 20% cancellation fee applies, the balance of repayments made will be refunded to the customer and the registration number will be placed back on the market.

4.4 The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

5. Finance

5.1 Regtransfers offers finance on selected online transactions. Finance is only available for online purchases, not for telephone or face-to-face transactions.

5.2 i) Finance is available only on the selection of registrations identified by the "Finance" button that appears alongside them in our search results. ii) Regtransfers reserves the right to decline to offer a finance option should any error or computer "bug" cause the "Finance" button to appear alongside an ineligible registration.

5.3 Finance may not be used in combination with any negotiation, price reduction offer, discount, code, voucher or other promotional activity that might normally reduce the price of a registration. Finance is available only where purchases are made at the full advertised price.

5.4 i) Our online retail finance partner is Pay4Later. Credit is provided subject to status. ii) Credit customers agree that the contract for finance is between the customer and Pay4Later. Regtransfers is not responsible or liable for finance issues.

5.5 To be considered for finance you must meet the following criteria:

5.7 You can settle your loan agreement at any time. Simply write to Ikano Retail Finance and they will calculate and send you, your settlement figure. Your settlement figure and date are calculated in line with the Consumer Credit Act.

6. New Registration Releases

6.1 New registration releases occur at various times as announced by the issuing authority. Upon request, Regtransfers.co.uk will endeavour to purchase registrations on customers' behalf on the relevant day of release. As with all UK vehicle registrations, a new-release registration can only be assigned to a vehicle registered in or after the period indicated by the registration's year identifier code. Alternatively, new-release registrations may be held on a Certificate of Entitlement ready for later transfer to a suitable vehicle. In the unlikely event that we are unable to secure a new-release registration on behalf of a customer, we will refund all payment, in full, within 48 hours of the release date of the registration in question.

7. Selling Registrations

7.1 When Regtransfers conveys to the donor an offer from a potential purchaser to buy a registration that is being advertised on behalf of the donor by Regtransfers, any verbal or written acceptance of that offer constitutes a contract to sell at the offer price. Telephone calls are recorded in order to preserve evidence of verbal acceptance of an offer. This evidence may be used in legal proceedings if necessary.

7.2 Upon receipt of a confirmation letter the donor must follow whichever of the following courses of action is applicable.

i) If the registration is currently held upon a Certificate of Entitlement or a Retention Document: the donor must send to Regtransfers:

a) the relevant Certificate of Entitlement or Retention Document (which must be current and must not have expired); and

b) the completed and witnessed Power of Attorney form that will be supplied by Regtransfers.

or

ii) If the registration is currently assigned to a vehicle: the donor must send to Regtransfers:

a) the vehicle's (original, not copy) V5C Registration Document (AKA "log book");

b) a copy of the vehicle's current Road Fund License disc ("tax disc") unless the vehicle has been declared SORN (Statutory Off-Road Notification) with DVLA. (If SORN is declared after road tax has expired, or if SORN, which is valid for 12 months, has expired, then the donor will have to tax the vehicle in order to proceed with transfer of the registration); and

c) the completed and witnessed Power of Attorney form that will be supplied by Regtransfers.

d) If the donor requires a new MOT certificate showing the vehicle's new registration then he/she must also send the original current MOT certificate.

7.3 Should the transfer fail due to the default of the purchaser in any way, including failure to pay the balance or to supply the necessary documentation, Regtransfers will not be liable for any payment to the donor. However, Regtransfers will, with the donor's permission, re-advertise the registration mark concerned.

7.4 Should the donor fail to fulfill his/her part of the contract established under 7.1 above without good reason, Regtransfers will pursue a legal action for Breach of Contract if necessary. What constitutes "good reason" shall be decided at Regtransfers' sole discretion. During the sale process, evidence of contract and agreement is recorded to such an extent that Breach of Contract may be clearly established and demonstrated in court.

7.5 Payment to the donor will be made upon completion of the transfer. Completion is defined as follows:

i) For non-Northern Ireland private sales

a) Certificate to vehicle transfers are complete when Regtransfers receives the recipient's new tax disc and, where applicable, MOT certificate.

b) Vehicle-to-vehicle transfers are complete when Regtransfers receives a copy of the donor's new V5C document.

c) Vehicle to certificate transfers are complete when Regtransfers receives the new V778 from DVLA showing Regtransfers as the grantee.

d) Certificate to certificate transfers are complete when Regtransfers receives the new V778/V750 from DVLA with nominee added and Regtransfers' address added as grantee.

ii) For sales involving transfers to/from vehicles registered in Northern Ireland

a) NI vehicle to other UK vehicle transfers are complete when the recipient confirms to Regtransfers that they have received their new tax disc and, where applicable, MOT certificate, or when the recipient's new V5C has been issued.

b) Other UK vehicle to NI vehicle transfers are complete when the recipient confirms to Regtransfers that they have received their new tax disc and, where applicable, MOT certificate, or when the recipient's new V5C has been issued.

c) NI certificate to other UK vehicle transfers. As such transfers cannot be done directly, this is a process that involves several stages. However, the completion criteria are as above and the transfer is complete when the recipient confirms to Regtransfers that they have received their new tax disc and, where applicable, MOT certificate, or when the recipient's new V5C has been issued.

7.6 Our standard form of payment to a donor is by cheque. However in certain cases we may agree to make payment by bank transfer. When this is the case we pay by standard bank transfer direct to the account nominated by the donor. Should the donor request a same day bank transfer Regtransfers reserves the right to pass on any relevant bank charges for this service. This transfer is subject to standard banking conditions. It is the responsibility of the donor to give us their correct bank details. We accept no liability for payments that are lost as a result of the donor giving incorrect bank details.

8. General Transfer Terms

8.1 It is illegal to display a new registration mark before its transfer is completed by The Department for Transport.

8.2 Vehicles to which registrations are to be transferred to must be taxed and have valid MOT or GVT (Goods Vehicle Test) certificates where applicable.

8.3 Purchasers in Northern Ireland should be aware that if a registration mark is currently being held on a certificate, they may not be able to transfer directly onto a vehicle. The transfer of a registration mark to Northern Ireland may also take longer and involve extra fees.

8.4 i) Regtransfers will usually be the grantee or the original purchaser on the certificate for numbers that Regtransfers supplies to recipients on certificate. The recipient will be the nominee. Changes must be made via Regtransfers. The registered keeper will assume control over the registration when the registration is assigned to a vehicle.

ii) Where someone other than Regtransfers is shown as grantee or original purchaser we will have Power of Attorney to act on their behalf. On these occasions we will supply the certificate with a Power of Attorney giving us authority to sign for changes to the certificate. The purchaser will need to supply the Power of Attorney with the certificate to DVLA with their vehicle documents when they assign the registration to a vehicle.

iii) Charges for amendments to the certificate (name changes or extensions) are the DVLA fee which is £25 per change, plus our administration fee of £25.

iv) Certificates will be valid for a maximum of 12 months. After this time they will need to be extended by DVLA (through us as grantee).

8.5 You may not make a vehicle appear younger than it is by changing the registration mark. For example, you may not put an "R" prefix registration on a "P" prefix vehicle as it would make the vehicle appear younger. You may however put any prefix registration from "A" to "P" on a "P" prefix vehicle.

9. The Regtransfers Auction

9.1 The Regtransfers Auction is open to registered buyers and sellers. The selling service is available only in respect of DVLA-registered numbers which have previously been submitted by the seller for valuation. We regret that this service is not available to customers in Northern Ireland.

9.2 By listing a registration in the Regtransfers Auction, the seller is authorising Regtransfers to advertise the number for sale. The advertised price of the registration will be based on the reserve price, if specified. If no reserve price is specified, the valuation the seller was given by Regtransfers will be used as the basis for the advertised price unless the seller contacts Regtransfers to specify a price. After the auction is over, if the registration is unsold, Regtransfers will continue to advertise the registration for sale on behalf of the seller for 12 months from the listing date. Authorisation to advertise may be renewed or withdrawn by the seller at any time by writing to Regtransfers via post or email (from the email address registered with the seller's Regtransfers auction account).

9.3 Auctions run for 7, 10 or 14 days from commencement. Sellers specify a starting price and a reserve price, and are contractually bound to sell if the reserve price has been met.

9.4 Registration Transfers cannot be held liable for any sales which complete with a low sale price where an insufficient reserve price has been specified.

9.5 For an additional £5 fee, sellers can specify a 'Buy It Now' price, and are contractually bound to sell at this price if a bidder wishes to purchase the registration immediately without the delay and uncertainty of the auction process. The registration will be available at the 'Buy It Now' price until bidding has reached or exceeded the 'Buy It Now' price.

9.6 When you opt to 'Buy It Now' and bypass the auction process, the Regtransfers Auctions Terms & Conditions no longer apply. You will be transferred to the Registration Transfers Secure Order Form to complete the purchase and Regtransfers standard Terms are then deemed to apply to the purchase.

9.7 The first time you bid on a registration or, where a listing fee is payable, you list a registration in the Regtransfers Auction, you will be asked to register the credit or debit card that you are going to use to pay the relevant deposit or listing fee. £0.01 will be deducted using the credit card details you have submitted as part of a security validation process to ensure that you have supplied valid means of paying for any listings or for any auctions won. This also helps to ensure that only serious bids are entered. No other payments will be taken from your card unless you list an item for sale, in which case a listing fee may be taken, or win an auction, at which point a deposit will be taken. See below for more information on fees. Maestro cards cannot be registered for payment of deposits or listing fees. However, Maestro cards can be used for paying the balance of the cost of a registration you have won.

9.8 By bidding on a registration, you are committed to buying the registration if you should win the auction. Bids may only be retractable in exceptional circumstances, for example when a Seller has misrepresented a registration or does not have any legal rights to the registration.

9.9 All auction listing fees are non-refundable.

9.10 If you win an Auction, the greater of £100 or 10% will be taken from your credit card as a non-refundable part-payment. You then have seven days to pay before the registration would be placed back on the market and the part-payment would be lost.

9.11 A Transfer Fee of £105 is payable on top of a winning auction bid by the new owner.

9.12 As part of entering a registration into an auction, you confirm that the registration is transferable, i.e. that it is on a valid retention certificate or on a vehicle which is fully taxed and tested. You must also have legal rights to the registration, and have previously submitted it for a valuation. If the certificate needs to be extended as part of the transfer process then the seller may have to pay an extension fee.

9.13 i) All participants in the Auction accept that Regtransfers is neither responsible nor liable for: a) the failure of sellers or buyers to provide required documentation and/or to ensure that conditions for successful transfer, as described in 9.12 above, are met. b) the consequences of such failure. ii) Each participant agrees to indemnify Regtransfers against the consequences of his or her failure to ensure that conditions for successful transfer, as described in 9.12 above, are met.

9.14 Any successful bidder will be required to supply suitable vehicle documents for the registration to be assigned onto. The vehicle must have a current MOT Test Certificate (if appropriate), Road Fund Licence and V5C registration document.

9.15 Regtransfers Auctions may withdraw a registration from auction at any time. This may happen if we discover that a registration has been misrepresented or the seller does not have any legal rights to the registration.

9.16 Once the reserve price has been reached, sellers may not bid on their own registration marks. If no reserve price has been entered, the seller may not bid on their own registration marks.

9.17 By listing a registration for sale the seller agrees to pay the relevant listing and selling fees as detailed in the schedules on the Regtransfers auction web pages.

9.18 VAT will often be payable on top of any bid price. This will be clearly displayed at each stage of the auction.

9.19 SMS text alerts (if selected) will be sent when you are outbid on an auction, or when an auction is ending soon and you are not currently the winning bidder. Text messages are charged at 25p per message.

9.20 The current registration location (where specified by the owner) will be displayed on the first bidding page. If the registration is currently on a certificate then the expiry date will also be shown. Please take note of this information as the certificate may need to be extended soon after winning an auction.

9.20 Discount and discount offer codes may not be applied to auction transactions.

10. External/Third Party Auctions

10.1 Regtransfers.co.uk will, upon request, and at our discretion, attempt to secure a registration, or registrations, on behalf of a customer at a third-party auction, including DVLA auctions, that we may attend. In such a case, Regtransfers will estimate the price at which we believe the registration in question will sell. This estimated price will be offered to the customer as the price that the customer will pay in the event of Regtransfers successfully acquiring the registration at auction.

10.2 i) Should the customer wish to select a different sum as their maximum bid, and thus as the price that the customer will pay in the event of Regtransfers successfully acquiring the registration at auction, then Regtransfers will attempt to secure the registration at that price provided there is, in our opinion, a realistic prospect of success. We may decline to act on the customer's behalf should we consider the customer's proposed maximum bid unrealistic.

ii) Auctions usually charge fees in addition to the sale price of a lot; therefore, when deciding the likelihood of success for a bid proposed by the customer Regtransfers will calculate the value of the bid minus the estimated auction fees. This will allow us to assess the sale price that the bid would accommodate. Customers should allow for fees when judging how much they wish to bid.

10.3 Upon agreement and acceptance of a price a contract is established, subject to these Terms, that the customer will purchase the registration at the agreed price in the event of Regtransfers successfully acquiring the registration at auction.

10.4 Upon acceptance of the proposed price at which Regtransfers will endeavour to acquire the registration in question for the customer, a part payment of 25% of the price agreed as described in 10.3 above is payable by the customer to Regtransfers.

10.5 Where applicable, VAT and transfer fee will be payable in addition to the price agreed as described in 10.3 above.

10.6 No guarantee is, or can, be made that Regtransfers will be successful in its attempts to acquire the registration in question at the agreed price. No such guarantee should be expected or inferred. The customer accepts that, should the sale price of the registration in question reach a sum higher than the price agreed as described in 10.3 above, then Regtransfers will cease bidding on behalf of the customer and the registration will go to the highest bidder as per the terms and conditions of the auction in question.

10.7 In the event that Regtransfers should be unsuccessful in its attempt to secure the registration for the customer then the part payment described in 10.4 above will, in its entirety, be repaid to the customer. That shall be the whole of our obligation and/or liability to the customer.

10.8 Should Regtransfers successfully acquire the registration in question then the balance of the agreed price becomes payable within 7 days.

10.9 Should Regtransfers successfully acquire the registration in question then the customer will have no right to cancel the contract. Personalised products and services are exempt from cancellation and refund provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

11. Acrylic Number Plates

11.1 Registration marks must be displayed correctly. You may not and must not misrepresent, alter or wrongly space the letters or numbers on a number plate in any way. Doing so would constitute a breach of the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001.

11.2 Regtransfers.co.uk WILL NOT supply plates in any shape, construction or format other than that prescribed by regulations.

11.3 Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 cease to apply upon placing your order (which implies acceptance of a contract to purchase the number plates). The provisions in the Distance Selling regulations regarding cancellation and return do not apply to a personalised product such as a vehicle registration or a number plate. Such personalised products and services are exempt. Number plate orders are submitted for manufacture immediately upon receipt and cannot be cancelled.

11.4 ALL number plates supplied by Regtransfers.co.uk will bear "small print" as required by regulations. (ALL suppliers have to include this small print.) The small print, which appears discreetly, in small characters, at the bottom of the number plate must include the name and postcode of the supplier, the manufacturer's registered ID code and the British Standard 'BS' number. This small print may not be shown on some number plate preview images that you will see on our website. This is due to difficulty in rendering very small text clearly on-screen. Even if the small print is not shown on the previews you see, it WILL be present on your acrylic number plates when they are supplied to you.

12. Publications

12.1 On occasion, Regtransfers.co.uk and/or our other websites and publications may publish images depicting number plates that do not conform to current regulations. This will only occur when the image features a vehicle that actually bears a plate, or plates, that do not conform to regulations. In such cases, we simply depict the reality of how the plate is being displayed. We do not promote or condone the display of non-regulation numberplates, and we actively advise against it. Regtransfers is not affiliated to the DVLA, thus it is not appropriate for us to interfere in the policing and enforcement of the regulations in any way - including through the censorship of images that may show failure on the part of the authorities to enforce those regulations. However, acceptance of an image submitted for publication that depicts non-regulation number plates does not imply endorsement of the display of such non-regulation plates.

12.2 Submissions When you submit any contribution (be it text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) to Regtransfers.co.uk, either expressly for publication or as part of a competition entry, you agree, by the act of sending your material, to the following conditions:

i) You agree to grant Regtransfers.co.uk a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and create derivative works from your contribution. If you do not want to grant us free use of what you send, then we respectfully request that you do not contribute items to Regtransfers.co.uk.

ii) Additionally, by submitting your contribution to Regtransfers.co.uk, you warrant that your contribution is your own original work and/or that you have the legal right to make it available to Regtransfers.co.uk for any and all the purposes listed above.

iii) You also warrant, by the act of submission, that your contribution is not defamatory and that it does not infringe any law.

iv) Furthermore, you indemnify Regtransfers.co.uk against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Regtransfers.co.uk as a result of your breach of any applicable law or of the warranty set out above.

v) Freelances wishing to submit on a possible commercial basis should contact Regtransfers.co.uk before submitting contributions, as all material received without prior discussion is subject to these terms and conditions.

vi) At no time, for the sake of obtaining material to submit to Regtransfers should you endanger yourself or others, or infringe any laws.

13.1 From time to time, Regtransfers holds competitions and Prize Draws, the following general terms apply to any and all of our competitions and draws:

i) An independent judge will be appointed to pick, from the total number of eligible correct entries received.

ii) In competitions or draws where the prize is a registration, the prize may be a specific registration or an unspecified registration to a value set out in the competition's specific terms.

iii) Where the prize is a registration, there is only one prize registration for each competition or draw and there will be no cash alternative.

iv)The winner will be notified in writing after the closing date specified on the competition page and invited to contact us to select their registration mark.

v) By taking part in a Regtransfers competition or draw, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable promotional activity, and to be bound by these terms.
