Too small for a personal number plate?

I would very much appreciate it if you would publish the following article together with the photo in the next issue:

My name is Dishen Comaren and I am only 26 months old. I am the first born to my parents. When I was 3 weeks old my dad bought me this number plate D15 HEN as a gift.

I wish to thank the Regtransfers team who sold this number plate to my dad. In particular, I thank Mr Ian who provided an excellent service to my dad.

As I am not old enough to have my dream sports car, my mum is using the number plate in the meantime (as you can see, what an old lady's car it is!).

Remember: You don't even need to own a vehicle in order to have your own personal number plate. A registration can be held on a Retention Certificate until you are ready to use it.
