Taking the Plunge

Kevin Vine from Hedge End, near Southampton has the ‘initials’ number plate 468 KV.

Kevin says: “Having considered for some time whether or not to purchase a cherished number plate, I decided to take the plunge upon seeing this plate for sale in a Regtransfers advertisement.
