Online tracking

After you have made a purchase you will be able to log in to our online tracking system to see how the transfer of your chosen registration mark is proceeding.

Simply log in with the registration mark you are purchasing and your e-mail address; you will then be able to see the progress/status of your order at any time.

If we are awaiting any outstanding documentation from you, the system will clearly show which items are required.

If you have sent documents to us the online tracking system will show if we have received them. Please allow a few days for postage and booking-in before checking to see if documents have been received.

Our online tracking facility will also enable you to see if and when documentation has been sent to DVLA or the Vehicle Registration Office and you will see when the transfer of the registration mark has been completed.
