If I am having my registration issued on a retention document what do I do when I receive the certificate. and do I have to pay any more money at the VRO?

When you want to assign to a vehicle you will need to contact your local VRO and provide your vehicle documents: V5, MOT if applicable and a copy of your tax disc or a note of your current tax expiry date. There is no additional cost.
